Fine Art Specialist, Valuer and Lecturer

Since opening the art studios in 1997, Julia has built a team of dedicated and skilled conservators with active interests in Old Masters and contemporary art. She also takes on freelance help from qualified conservators.

Sarah

Works on Paper Specialist

In 2001 Sarah became a private paper conservator after working within the conservation departments of various notable institutions since 1987 such as the Courtauld Gallery.

Sarah works conserving all types of works of Art on Paper offering a comprehensive service to meet the needs of clients, obtaining the best treatment required for every individual work of art.

 

 

   

Anna

Fine Art Specialist

Anna has a degree in 'Chemical Science and Technology in Conservation and Restoration', providing her with a great scientific knowledge applied to works of art.

She has extensive experience of working in museums including The Royal Institute. She is a specialist in retouching, modern art and early painting techniques.

 

 

   

Adam

Research and Marketing Specialist

Adam is an art historian, lecturer and lutenist. He graduated with a      BA in History from University College London and an MA from the      Sotheby's Institute of Art, London. Amongst his primary specialism in British Art from 1500 - 1850, he is particularly interested in      portraiture, watercolours and historic arms and armour. In June 2016 he became an accredited lecturer for the Arts Society (formerly            NADFAS), and is a guide lecturer at the Wallace Collection.

Carlos

Specialist

Carlos is a restorer of easel paintings, who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Afterwards he furthered his studies at the Institute Palazzo Spinelli, Florence.

Thereafter he was involved in the conservation of paintings in Abruzzo after the earthquake of 2009.

He specialises in the restoration of easel paintings and frames, as well as the manufacture of frames.
